Advanced Machinery for Premium Quality
At HUB Modulars, we use advanced machinery to ensure precision, durability, and high-quality finishing in every modular furniture project. Our factory is equipped with professional-grade machines for sheet cutting, lamination, edge banding, and drilling, helping us deliver clean, accurate, and long-lasting results.
Panel Saw Machine
We use a Panel Saw Machine – NMT 3200 by Nandini Machines & Tools for accurate cutting of plywood, MDF, and other sheet materials. The machine helps us cut sheets into precise sizes and provides smooth finishing, especially for laminated boards.
Cold Press Machine
Our Cold Press Machine – NMT50T by Nandini Machines & Tools is used for pressing and laminating plywood, MDF, HDF, and other board materials. It helps create strong bonding between surfaces and ensures better strength and durability in furniture panels.
Edge Banding Machine
We use an Edge Banding Machine – NMT 900 by Nandini Machines & Tools to cover raw furniture edges with matching edge bands. This gives every panel a seamless look while also protecting it from moisture, chipping, and warping.
Multi Boring Machine
Our Multi Boring Machine – Boring System 23 by Maggi Engineering is used for fast and accurate drilling on MDF, plywood, and chipboard. It allows vertical and horizontal drilling, making it ideal for modular furniture production.
